The Lifetime Labour Warranty applies only to the labour component of plumbing work carried out by Champion Plumbing & Drains. It does not cover the supply of parts, fixtures, appliances, or materials, which are subject to manufacturer warranties and conditions.
The warranty does not apply to issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, external damage, tree root intrusion, foreign objects, ground movement, or work that has been altered, repaired, or interfered with by another party after completion.
Warranty coverage is conditional on the work remaining in its original installed state and being used for its intended purpose. Champion Plumbing & Drains reserves the right to assess all warranty claims to determine eligibility.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
