Same-Day Plumbing Service Across Sydney’s Inner West! $0 Call Out Fee*
Fill in your details and we’ll call you back within 4 minutes.
A leaking tap is the most common plumbing call we get. Worn washer, failed cartridge or deteriorated O-rings. We carry common parts and fix most leaking taps on the first visit. For older tapware in Inner West terrace houses, we carry a wide range of parts and know these older properties well.
Toilet that doesn’t stop refilling, runs into the bowl continuously, or leaks at the base: we replace inlet valves, flush valve seals and cistern-to-pan seals, usually same visit. For a blocked toilet see our blocked toilets page.
Safe Hands. Reliable Service. Champion Results.

EXCELLENT Based on 103 reviews Posted on Google Douglas Macpherson10 May 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Champion Plumbing & Drains because of their advertised "$0 call-out fee" to replace two laundry taps and a washing machine hose. Once on-site, the technician showed me an official quote on a screen for $1,300. To be clear: the replacement parts cost less than $50 at Bunnings, and the entire job took me 20 minutes to complete myself once I sent them away. I followed up via their official web chat to ask if this $1,300 figure was the standard company rate for such a minor task. They failed to respond. This business model relies on a "free" hook to get inside your home, followed by an astronomical quote thousands of percent above market rates. It is an exploitative tactic. Inner West residents: please look for a plumber with transparent pricing and avoid this company.Posted on Google Sally Oughton6 May 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We charge upfront fixed prices, not hourly rates, so you know the cost before we start. There’s no call-out fee. See our pricing or call us for a quote on your specific job.
Yes, in most cases. We carry washers, cartridges and O-rings for common tap types on the van. Most tap repairs are done on the first visit, same day.
Yes. A constantly running toilet is wasting water and usually means a worn inlet valve or faulty flapper. It’s a straightforward repair. Give us a call, and we’ll sort it the same day.
Yes. All plumbing work must be carried out by a licensed plumber. DIY plumbing is illegal and voids your home insurance.
Low pressure in older Inner West homes is usually due to corroded galvanised pipes narrowing the flow over time. It can also be a failing pressure reducer or a partial blockage. We can diagnose it on the same visit and advise on the fix.
Turn off the mains stop valve first. It’s usually under the kitchen sink or near the front water meter. Then call us on . We’re available 24/7, including weekends.
