Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn’t be happier with the work and service we received. The young plumber was professional, reliable and clearly took pride in doing the job properly. The work was completed to a very high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and the whole process was handled efficiently and with care.
It’s such a relief to find someone you can genuinely trust to do a great job without any fuss. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled, honest and professional plumber.
Thank you for the fantastic work — we really appreciate it! 👏🔧

A Hornsby property owner was experiencing drainage issues but wasn’t sure if the problem was minor or major. We ran a CCTV camera through the entire sewer line, identified the exact issue, and provided a detailed written report with still images and video footage.

The Problem

The homeowner faced a choice:

1. Dig up the entire sewer line (expensive and disruptive) to look for the problem

2. Call a plumber and pay for guesswork

3. Do nothing and risk a complete backup

Traditional methods would have meant excavation based on assumptions. CCTV inspection removes the guesswork.

What We Did

Accessed the sewer line at the main cleanout point
Inserted a high-definition camera on a flexible rod
Captured live footage of the entire pipe from house to boundary
Documented any cracks, blockages, root intrusion, or misaligned joints
Provided the homeowner with:

Video recording of the inspection
Detailed written report (5-10 pages with photographs)
Colour-coded location map showing problem areas
Repair recommendations prioritised by urgency
Cost estimates for different repair options

The Result

The homeowner now has a professional assessment instead of guessing. They can:

In this case, the inspection revealed a single cracked joint, which we later repaired with targeted excavation (saving thousands compared to full-line replacement).
